Old Ford.

The Old Ford were the crossing of Anduin in Third age. The road came from Cirith Forn en Andrath in Hithaeglir and continued as the Old Forest Road into the eaves of Mirkwood. Some 30 -35 Miles North of the Old Ford was the Carrock and around 100 Miles South were the Gladden Rivers junction with Anduin.
