Amroth were the first child of Galadriel and Celeborn.

All the unfinished and different stories of Amroth can not be implementet with the story of him being son of Galadriel but in others it can. The latest account I can find is after the publication of Lord of the Rings and this may explain why he is not mentioned in that book as Amroth son of Galadriel and Celeborn. But what I think is the last thought and from these the latest accounts is written here.

S.A.350-400. Amroth were born in the country around lake Nenuial. ((( There is a tale of Amroth and Nimrodel where Amroth was the son of Amdir and King of Lòrien in Ut. but i believe the story of him being son of Galadriel and Celeborn; Ut. :). there is also a story ( The house of Dol-Amroth; Pme. )) of him as brother to Celeborn and yet one at last where he was a Sindar-Elv of Beleriand.)))

S.A.1350 - 1400. When Galadriel went through the Dwarvish mansions Khazad Dûm she took Amroth and Celebriand with her while Celeborn stayed in Eregion. At the other side of the mountains they came to Loth-Lorien and Amroth became king of the Nandorin Elves in the land.

S.A.1697. In the War of Elves and Sauron, Amroth led an force of Elves, fighting together with Dwarves from Moria, comming to aid Elrond who had gathered the survivors of Ost-in-Edhil. They were forced away but succeded to give Elrond and Celeborn time to extricate the people. In Loth-Lórien he fell in love with a fair Elvish maiden named Nimrodel who lived alone near the falls of the river named Nimrodel, but she would only wed him if he could bring her to a safe country and he promished her that he would bring her to Aman through the haven of the later Dol-Amroth.

S.A.1701-1981. Of some reason the company became separatet and Amroth came first to the Haven were only one last ship remained. Amroth entered the ship but before Nimrodel arrived a storm brought the ship out to sea and Amroth jumped in the ocean trying to swim back but he was never seen upon Middle-Earth again. Galadriel and Celeborn now took the leadership of Loth-Lorien.

Whatever story we choose to believe the mound, Cerin Amroth, in Loth-Lórien was his dwelling place there.
