Additional information.

In the first draft of the genealogy of the Longfathers, the rise of the family of the Gardners of the Hill and the rise of the Fairbains the genealogy is made in two tables, the Cotton genealogy and the Gamgee genealogy.

Elanor was the first product of the interconnection between the Cotton`s ( Rose Cotton ) and the Gamgee`s ( Sam Gamgee / Gardener ) and thus became the ancestor of the Fairbairns. But in the first draft of the genealogy she was the oldest of eight children. Her birth year is throughout the drafts 1421 but there is not any husband shown.

In the second draft she has become the oldest of fourteen children but her husband is Goodwill Whitfoot and she is grandmother to the Whitfoots of the White Downs.

In the third draft her husband, as in the final and published genealogy, has become Fastred Fairbairn.
