The Golden Lamp of Aulë.

Ormal was made by the request of Yavanna and filled with hallowed fire by Varda.

It was placed in the south upon the tower Ringil which, according to the first conception, was made by Melkor. That Melkor made the towers was soon to be abandoned.

Valian Years.

V.Y.1500-1900.The lamp was created in the Days before Days in these years

V.Y.1900. It was placed upon the southern tower Ringil..

V.Y.3450. Destroyed and overthrown by Melkor in the War of Shaping Arda.
