In the Enchircling mountains, the Echoriath in the South-West side of Dorthonion, thats where you will find Christhorn, the abode of the people of Thorondor King of the eagles. Christhorn is an ill place because of its height for this is so great that not spring and summer ever comes there and it is very cold. There the snow dwells all year and the wind houls. On the west side sheer walls of stone raises to into jagged pinnacles where the eyries of the eagles are before the cliffs fall into the Narrow Land. On the other side to the East are dreadly steep falls and in that deep runs river Thorn-Sir against North and Tumladen. ( Lt2.) To the south benieth the mountains are the land Dimbar and from the mountains runs two rivers; Mindeb and the Dry River into that land.
