Amon Lhaw.

Hill of Hearing.

Upon the left side ( Eastern side.) of the lake Nen-Hithoel in Emyn Muil and east of the Falls of Rauros was the Hill of Hearing. Not much is told of the appearance but most likely it was pretty much the same as Amon Hen. When Gondor was at its heights of glory there was kept a watch upon Amon Lhaw. Southwest below the Hill of Hearing the rocks fell smoothly towards the roaming waters of Anduin and the Shelving Shores.
