Morthond.

The cold river Morthond with the offspring in Blackroot Vale in Ered Nimrais in the province Lamendon in Gondor. From the offspring it runs West of Tarlang`s Neck and the Stone of Erech for about 100 mile South towards Pinnath Gelin but before it reach the hills it turns South-East and 55 Miles further down comes Calenhir from Pinnath Gelin and joins it and another 20 miles further South-East it mets the river Ringlò 20 Miles North-East of Edhellond at Copas Haven.
